Our employment staff will work with you, your family, and supporting agencies in the community to develop an individualized employment plan. We have a comprehensive array of interest, aptitude, and assessment measures if you need help in deciding what kind of work you would like to do. Through our many employer relationships, we can even let you 'try out' different jobs in a real-work setting.

Your Encore Job Developer will help you to find appropriate work opportunities and will support you throughout the application and interview process. Once you have a job offer, we will assist you in learning the skills required for the job, while you are on the job. We can assign a Job Coach to help assure your long-term success on the job.
