Encore Employment Services - Parents/Families
If you are the parent or family member of a working-age person with disability related barriers to employment, the maze of social service agencies in the local and state community can be daunting.
Encore's Employment Services are tailored to each individual. We will develop a placement plan based on your family member's interests, aptitudes, and skills. Our Job Developers will work with your family member in finding and obtaining the best possible jobs available. Job Coaches will offer support via on-the-job training, supervisor and work-peer consulting, and coordinating transportation, special needs, etc. All while keeping you involved at every step along the way.
