Innovative Services NW ABA therapy provides evidence based interventions to help support and empower individuals and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder. We provide highly supportive, individualized, one-to-one services for children, ages 2-6, including a Functional Behavior Analysis to address challenging behavior, Naturalistic Teaching Strategies, Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT), and Verbal Behavior Teaching Procedures. Two aspects to our program include:
- Center-based ABA provides your child with a structured environment in which he or she learns a variety of important skills. Centers allow goals to be targeted in a highly structured & predictable environment eliminating distractions that are present at home. If your child will soon enter school, this approach can help him or her adjust to the routine of going to a set location to learn.
- Home-based ABA therapy allows our ABA team to teach skills and target challenging behavior that your child uses at home. Services that are provided in the home environment allow skills to be targeted in the environment in which they are most likely to occur. For example, it is beneficial for teaching bedtime routines and toilet training and social skills can be targeted with siblings or playdates.
Parent participation is a crucial component of our program because the biggest key to your child’s success is you! Enrollment is only available to parents who will make a firm commitment to fully participate in all aspects of this program. Parent training and consistent follow-through are absolutely critical to your child’s progress.
