Beth Markell

Vice President of Pediatric Therapy

Beth has a Master’s of Science in Education: Birth to Three from Wheelock College in MA, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Vermont. Since 2003, Beth has been working in Federally and State Funded nonprofit Early Intervention programs in both Massachusetts and Washington. Over the last 20 years she has developed expertise in supporting children and families experiencing developmental delays and diagnoses utilizing a multidisciplinary and strength-based model. Beth started her Early Intervention career as a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor and grew her program development and leadership skills over the years to establish and build 3 different Therapy programs. Currently, as the VP of Pediatric Therapy Beth brings over 25 years of early intervention and pediatric therapy experience as both a provider as well as a leader. Beth has been with Innovative since March of 2021.
