Susan has a Master’s of Business Administration and a Master’s of Technology Management from Washington State University Vancouver. She is responsible for contracts, grants, hipaa, front desk administration and facilities, as well as efforts to improve program efficiencies. Susan is also on the executive, leadership and strategic planning teams for the organization and has lived in Vancouver for more than 30 years. She has three grown children and has worked for Innovative since February 2004.
